About Jennifer
Hi! My name is Jennifer. I was born and raised in Colorado, and I currently live in Lakewood with my husband, kids, chickens, gecko, and the occasional group of foster kittens. I love spending time with my family, homeschooling, sunshine, tacos, birth, and the beach. I serve families all across the Denver metro area, and I would love to meet you!

How I came to be a doulaI have been serving women and families as a doula since 2016. Like many other doulas, the births of my own babies inspired me to begin this work. The good and the not-so-good parts of my own birth experiences put a desire in my heart to begin walking with other women through pregnancy, labor, and birth. My goal as your doula is to help you feel prepared for your upcoming birth, to help you find answers to your questions around pregnancy, birth, and postpartum; and to be a calm and reassuring presence at your birth. My hope is to help women and families walk away from birth feeling empowered and supported.
